We use the name, email, phone number, guest count, dates, and messages you provide to respond to inquiries, manage your reservation, and send necessary stay and payment information.

Question and stay-inquiry forms send your details to our server, where messages are queued for delivery to the owner. Booking requests store your stay details, quote, and rental-agreement acceptance. We send necessary booking and payment-status emails to you and the owner. Zelle payment is verified by the owner; do not submit bank credentials through the website.

Reviews published on this site show the reviewer’s public display name, review, rating, and date. Email addresses and private reservation details are not published.

If the optional AI-assisted stay guide is enabled, questions you submit are sent to OpenAI to match them to our published property information. Do not include personal or payment information. The guide cannot make reservations or change payments.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or require a guest account. Operational logs and temporary rate limits help us protect forms and diagnose failures. External links, including review platforms, have their own privacy practices.
